concerns about the reserve particularly for the reasons that supervisor farrell expressed doing this now, when we still have uncertainties on the state and particularly the federal level. and i understand the debate about the rainy day fund. but from my perspective, you know, the voters have passed these various funds, prop h, rainy day fumgd, to provide funding to the school district. some of that money is supposed to be restricted particularly around prop h, but for the rainy day fund the whole point is for problem budget years for the school district to be able to make its choices about how it spends that money. so, you know, i guess if there were no rainy day money, and it was just depleted and there was no way that money was not going to the school district, that would be a conversation to have. but since we quo that there -- know there's more rainy day funding going to the school district than this allocation that we been talking about in terms of the rainy day fund then this requested supplemental, i don't see why we would do a supplemental from the state federal reserve, given th

proposed? essentially on divasdero from that is right o'farrell street it's zoned. a few months ago a conversation was started with the divasdero merchants on a named commercial district and this is the fruition of that discussion. essentially it doesn't change any of the existing restrictions around alcohol use. but it does allow -- it allows for -- the way it is now, properties along divasdero nc 2 bars, restaurants, limited restaurants, movie theaters and other entertainment and trade shops are prohibited on the second floor, which is standard for nc 2 zoning. and currently the nc 2 [#2*-/] districts have a minimum parking controls that are outlined in balancing code section 15 1, can would also not be affected about the named commercial district and this would be changed to create a named commercial district along divasdero from haight to o'farrell street. it would institute a maximum parking controls within the divasdero ncd outlined in section 151.1, which is the same parking controls that are currently in place and it would remove the divasdero alcohol restricted district

from mission sro collaborative and i want to thank supervisors kim, campos and farrell. i have not experienced bed bugs in my building. i live in the 16th street hotel. many other people have. this bed bug legislation will cause a manager -- will ensure the managers will have train curriculum on exactly what and how to deal with bed bugs, inspectors and the dph to make sure managers don't just say that they took care of. it they will have to prove that they took care of it. this legislation would give tenants peace of mind. managers would have to fulfill their obligations or be issued a violation from the dph and i would be on their tails to make sure that they do their jobs. as a tenants' right organizer i'm known in the mission district as the tro for the sro from hell. thank you.
